Braces Behind Teeth
Lingual braces, are usually made out of metal, and are placed behind your teeth; therefore, virtually invisible to other people. We use them in specific cases when a patient is not eligible for Invisalign treatment but still wants a non-visible treatment. We have treated many patients with lingual appliances. Things to know before getting braces.
There is absolutely no age limit for getting braces. The health of your gum and teeth is important, no matter how old you are. At Diamond Braces, we will examine you gum and jaw bone health before placing any braces. This examination is free of charge to you and is a part of our routine examination. If our doctors find something suspicious, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist for further examination and treatment. You only qualify to continue with teeth straightening procedures if your jawbone and gums are healthy.
