Lingual braces, are usually made out of metal, and are placed behind your teeth; therefore, virtually invisible to other people. We use them in specific cases when a patient is not eligible for Invisalign treatment but still wants a non-visible treatment. We have treated many patients with lingual appliances. The orthodontists at Diamond Braces have all been specially trained to treat patients with lingual braces. Not every orthodontist provides these types of braces. The obvious benefit of lingual treatment is that no one will be able to tell that you are wearing lingual braces unless they literally look inside your mouth.
